December trip to the Minneapolis Hospital
Recently, Larry Jess and Gary Martin delivered a patient to the Minneapolis Hospital. We were met inside the doors by a group of Auxiliary Ladies who wanted to make sure we stopped by on our way out. Below are some of the pictures:
Note all the gifts the Auxiliary was prepared to give away to patients as they left. Note the boxes on the right filled with sacks of toys, bears, etc. There were blankets given to the patient as he left also. They were wonderful representatives of the Auxiliary group, and our Ladies in Tehama should be proud of the work they do to help the Auxiliary there at the Hospital.
Just as we were leaving, Santa arrived. A couple do this every year, and just happened to stop at the Shrine Hospital to see the kids. The patient was very tickled to see Santa as you can see.
Santa's outfit was very elaborate. Note the reindeer names in the leather belt. You can make out Comet and Cupid on the right side of the belt.
